Our kids table tennis program is designed to promote physical activity and mind body coordination all while having fun and making new friends!! Table tennis is a low-injury risk sport that keeps one fit and flexible. Playing table tennis increases one's agility and flexibility, and most of all their reaction time. As one improves their game, you can expect to see improved balance, speed, flexibility and physical accuracy. The subtle motions inherent in racquet control also improve the child’s fine-motor skills, those associated with penmanship and creating fine art.
